Roles and responsibilities of this job

Sourcing candidates for Tokutei Ginou Jobs which are listed at Connect Job Workers Application from Japan domestic or Overseas
Main responsibility is improving Candidate Success of using Connect Job Workers Application
Market research and analyze data which will help to promote Business when necessary
Handle the operation for recruiting in Nepal
Participate in projects /campaign for sourcing candidates
Assist in Promotion to raise brand awareness

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Graduated with any degree
Minimum 1 year experiences in service/ business industry
Good in English & Proficiency in Nepali
Prefer who could speak Hindi
Proactive in multiple tasking
Strong in communication skills in order to communicate with stakeholders ,candidates and our HQ members from various background and Nationalities
Strong passion to grow faster in very quick business speed environment such as start up or small size with high potential company
Flexibility and the ability for dealing with ambiguity

Preferable Requirements,* Not essential

Work experience in consulting field
Work experience in Japanese companies
