Job Description

Angel Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Instructor for our Caregiver Course. The Instructor will play a key role in preparing students for careers in aged care by delivering theoretical skills and hands-on training aligned with industry standards. This role requires a compassionate educator with a strong foundation in elderly care and a commitment to fostering student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, competency-based training sessions in:
Nursing care
Elderly and disability support
Household management and sanitation
First aid and CPR
Develop and update course curriculum and training materials to meet national and institutional standards
Mentor and support students through both theoretical and hands-on learning
Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, exams, and feedback
Ensure classroom and practical environments meet all safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with fellow instructors and program coordinators to continuously improve training quality
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health care practices and vocational education methodologies
