The Captain at Lumbini Buddha Garden Resort will oversee the food and beverage service operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will lead the team with a focus on high service standards, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff, ensuring adherence to the resort’s standards of service.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
  • Oversee the setup of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper arrangement.
  • Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to optimize service efficiency.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment of supplies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and service stations to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, providing feedback on guest preferences and trends.
