We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Counsellor/Admission Officer to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Providing counselling face-to-face, over the telephone, or online
• Handel CANADA/USA applications
• Working with individuals, families, or groups
• Know adequate knowledge of the application and Visa services.
• Owns good knowledge about all the different universities, fees and courses they are providing
• Keeping confidential records
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
• Listening to clients' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way

Note :

Preference will be given to the candidate

• a. Either, who had worked as a Counselor/Admission Officer.
• b. Or, who had worked in Educational Consultancy in any Designation but is able to do application process for abroad study.
• Counselor for USA and Canada
