Roles and responsibilities of this job

Motivating, developing, and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Interprets and explains college and university policies and procedures; participates in the preparation of orientations and present academic information to students and parents during counseling sessions.
Meeting and counseling prospective students who are interested in USA- Canda/ UK and their parents in understanding their goal, affordability, and desire and help them identify the right university by providing them with details, admission process, and accurate information about the city, institution, program, and educational experience as a whole.
Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies abroad.
Handling student queries particularly looking to study USA-Canada/ UK from across Nepal.
Regular follow-ups to ensure that the students process abroad for the company.
Analyze progress; determine eligibility, necessity, and resources to progress towards the target.
Check various forms for accuracy of such as curriculum changes, visa policy changes, fee schedule changes, and update the same in the information system.
Regularly search options for students to satisfy specific degree requirements.
Coordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity
Responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging, and retrieving as required.
Responsible for the security of the documents, assigning access, and removing and destroying obsolete documents.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Education level: Bachelor’s degree
Experience required: At least 1-2 years
Supervision, marketing, and event planning experience.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
A strong understanding of the international education and recruitment system for various major study destination countries we represent is preferable.
Strong interpersonal skills along with analytical and critical thinking ability.
Strong public speaking and persuading ability.
Multitasking and time management skills
Should have a pleasing and calm personality to be able to work under pressure
Should have/ ability to have good public relations
Must have an excellent command of oral and written skills both in English and Nepali language.
Proficiency in Google suites and MS Office package
