Call Center Representative US based (Night Shift)

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our night shift team as Call Center Representatives. As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client, providing exceptional service and support during overnight hours. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Enter customer information and order details into the system with precision and attention to detail.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Document any necessary follow-up actions and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to established call center procedures and guidelines. Follow scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge, best practices, and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical details in a clear and accessible manner.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
