Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Call Center Representative to join Api Nature Care Hospital. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our holistic healthcare services such as naturopathy and apitherapy. Your role is essential in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for those seeking natural healing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls from patients and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Api Nature Care Hospital’s services, treatments, and programs.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations and treatments with our specialists.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and provide guidance on available holistic therapies.
  • Update and maintain patient records in the hospital's system with accurate details.
  • Communicate with the hospital’s departments to ensure efficient patient care and follow-ups.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Follow hospital protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new treatments and hospital services.
