Job Description

  • Monitoring random outbound calls for quality assurance
  • Regular reporting of KPI’ to Business Development Manager
  • Critique and motivate staff to maintain outbound productivity
  • Strong experience in an Outbound Sales call centre environment.
  • Previous experience in coaching, mentoring and developing a high performing sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer drivers
  • Strong relationship building skills with a wide range of people
  • Good analytical skills with the opportunity to draw conclusions from data
  • Strong self-awareness and ability to draw on your experience to bring new ideas to take the team forward

Benefits and Rewards:

  • 5 days a week Monday - Friday ( Must have own transport and able to start Early 5 am)
  • Opportunity to earn more than Rs. 40,000 per month + bonus
