Job Description

Responsible for the business performance of the outlet.
Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Handling staff and the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Train, manage and motivate staff.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Respond to customer queries and complaints in a hospitality manner
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Coordinate suppliers with the required quantity levels, order supplies and handle petty
