Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward Clients at all times
Responding promptly to Customers inquiries via various medium
Acknowledging and resolving Clients complaints
Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer queries from customers.
Keeping records of Customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Transaction, service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional Business support
Answers incoming Client's calls regarding service queries and general client concerns
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client
Update Client Database
Work with the management team to stay updated on service knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Focus on Customer Retention
