Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to oversee our business operations and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and managerial skills, sound knowledge of accounting practices, and a comprehensive understanding of government laws and business compliance requirements in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily business operations and administrative functions.
Lead and coordinate staff to maintain efficiency and high performance.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant government laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government offices as necessary.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Nepal’s districts, particularly within Bagmati Province, to support business operations and expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business operations, administration, or accounting roles and overall 8 – 10 years of service experience
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and business compliance regulations in Nepal.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under minimal supervision.
A proactive, passionate, and result-oriented attitude toward business growth and success.
