  • Master degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and business compliance regulations in Nepal.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under minimal supervision.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to oversee our business operations and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and managerial skills, sound knowledge of accounting practices, and a comprehensive understanding of government laws and business compliance requirements in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily business operations and administrative functions.
  • Lead and coordinate staff to maintain efficiency and high performance.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government offices as necessary.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Nepal’s districts, particularly within Bagmati Province, to support business operations and expansion.
