Job Description

Lead the team of young and energetic employees with a good leadership practice and long-term vision meet the organization objective
Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. Drive to build organizational capability and people excellence
Set the target in coordination with management and strategies in achieving it
Monitor day to day operations and supervise the team members’ performance for effective implementation of daily tasks and achievement
Builds company image and coordinates effectively in various work-related matters by collaborating with clients, Government, development sectors and other institutions
Forecast sales and prepare a marketing plan to boost up the daily sales of the services
Analyze the financial activities, track the daily and monthly revenue and boost up the sales of the services to align the financial target of the company
Participate in the seminars, exhibitions, meetings and other activities to promote the company and its services
Expand the services of the company to national and international level and increase the scope of work regarding services being offered
Develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR Industry, strategic objectives and goals/business unit functions from an HR and business organization perspective

Salary, Benefits and more:

Gross Salary: NRs. 1,00,000.00 to NRs. 1,50,000.00
