Since 2010 we are leading distributor of Ophthalmic equipment like: Phaco and Vitreoretinal machines, Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT), Operating Microscopes, Dry Eye Machine, Ophthalmic Simulator, Ophthalmic Lasers, Slit lamps, Ultrasound AB-scan units, Lensometer, Keratometer, Ophthalmoscopes, Retinoscopes, etc. dealing with major brands such as: Oertli, Heidelberg, Leica, Oculus, Lightmed, Accutome, & many more products launched recently such as HOYA premium IOL in Nepal.

  • Dynamic, Self-motivated, positive, polite, willing to learn
  • Ability to handle pressure and can adapt in any condition.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Experience in executive leadership positions.
  • Understanding of the industry including project management, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Good understanding of advanced business planning and solid grasp on data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to respond to varied working hours, including outside of normal office hours

Job Description

  • Ensure the business is winning in the market by identifying and defining the growth plan that will take the business to the next level. The growth plan is based on data-driven insights.
  • Draw user patterns and lead experiments and growth initiatives to acquire new customers, push leads down the sales funnel, upsell, and nurture existing customers.
  • Play a fundamental role in achieving the organization’s ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives.
  • To manage capital investment and expenses so the company achieves growth and profitability targets.
  • To work collaboratively with all the stakeholders to improve processes, controls and overall quality, efficiency, and productivity of operations.
  • To develop actionable business strategies and action plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives set for the organization.
  • To track and monitor business performance, prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management decisions.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new innovations.
  • Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
