Job Description:

As a Business Development Officer at AISPL, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, leveraging your industry expertise and networking skills to expand our client base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and sectors for business development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients..
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Business Studies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the related sector.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
