Job Description:

As a Business Development Officer at AISPL, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, leveraging your industry expertise and networking skills to expand our client base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and sectors for business development opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and priorities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients..
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Business Studies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the related sector.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
