Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business and Sales Lead to join our growing team at Kaya Corp. This role blends strategic business development with direct sales execution—ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship-building and result-oriented environments.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing them through multiple touchpoints, and managing end-to-end project delivery in coordination with the operations team. This role demands proactive field engagement, strong negotiation abilities, and confident communication to drive conversions and build lasting client relationships.

You will also play a vital role in supporting site visits for project estimation, assisting with basic land measurements, and preparing cost approximations, aligning client needs with feasible project solutions. If you have a passion for sports, a knack for identifying opportunities, and a strong sense of ownership, this is your chance to grow with us.   • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Able to proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads through multiple channels, including social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Communication & Client Handling: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to conduct meetings, understand client needs, and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:  Experienced in negotiating terms, handling objections, and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled at maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying upselling or partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Professional Representation: Comfortable being the face of the company in all client interactions, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand alignment.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Capable of working closely with internal teams to align project execution with client expectations and timelines.
  • Market Research & Strategy: An analytical mindset to conduct product and market research, identify gaps, and support strategic business development decisions.
  • Field Work & Estimation: Willingness and ability to visit project sites for measurement, basic estimation, and client coordination on-site.
  • Reporting & Target Orientation: Disciplined in maintaining detailed sales documentation and committed to achieving revenue and performance targets.
  • Lead Re-engagement and Follow-up: Follow up on cold or previously inactive leads to reignite interest and revive potential opportunities.
