Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Executives to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present our products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
