CrossOver Nepal is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer (Software Sales) to join our team. As a mid-level member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving Software sales and revenue growth. This position requires a high level of professionalism and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
Create and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Notes:

Salary is based on qualification and experience. Incentives will be provided as per company policy.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
