Pack My Lunch Pvt. Ltd (PML) was established in 2013 with the aim of easing lunch time worries of the Corporate sector. Due to a lack of such professional services, PML evolved on to extend Professional Food Services to Banks, Schools, and Hospitals on a contract basis. Pack My Lunch operates out of a Central Kitchen, with various satellite and off site locations. Our food is cooked fresh everyday and consist of a variety of menu options to choose from.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.
  • Able to develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Management to achieve revenue goals.
  • Handle official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and increase audience engagement.
  • Design and publish content including posts, reels, and videos to attract and retain followers.
  • Write clear, compelling captions and taglines tailored to each platform.
  • Track social media performance through insights and analytics, and implement improvements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Respond to emails, comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of marketing expenses and budgets.
  • Monitor trends and competitors to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Coordination between various departments (Operation, marketing, Accounts, Kitchen Team).
  • Maintain records of sales orders and send details to the concerned department
  • Follow up for invoices 
  • Responsible for creating the sales strategies and positioning the company to achieve business goals.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional collateral.
