Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to support the growth of LCCI Global Qualifications across its portfolio of education and professional programmes. The role will contribute to business development activities across programmes, with a preferred focus on Cambridge English and Early Genius, particularly in developing partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for LCCI-GQ programmes among schools, educational institutions, and other potential partners.
Conduct school visits, meetings, presentations, programme demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
Generate leads, manage prospects, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, coordinators, and other key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business development materials.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support partnership conversion, retention, and growth.
Represent LCCI-GQ at education fairs, events, workshops, conferences, and other promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.
Maintain records and reports of sales activities, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support the BD team in day-to-day activities, lead generation, client follow-ups, and business growth initiatives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, education, or a related field.
Experience in school/institutional sales or the education sector will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident in conducting sales pitches and presentations to institutional decision-makers.
Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for school visits and business development activities.
