LODBOD is Nepal's digital logistics platform that connects shippers with transporters, helping businesses move goods efficiently across the country. We are seeking dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-focused professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new shippers and business clients.
Conduct meetings with industries, factories, traders, and distributors.
Generate shipment opportunities for the platform.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into active users.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in the field and travel frequently
Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
Prior sales or business development experience is required.
Experience in platform-based businesses, logistics, transportation, or technology companies will be an added advantage.
