We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis. If you are passionate about sales, have a proven track record of achieving targets, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage tendering and bidding processes including EOI, RFP, and RFQ submissions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, private sector clients, and partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
Develop and expand strategic partnerships and dealership networks.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to align business strategies with execution.
Monitor industry trends, policies, and emerging opportunities in renewable energy.
Achieve business growth targets and contribute to company expansion.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing / Business Development / Management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of tendering processes (EOI, RFP, RFQ).
Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to identify and close business opportunities.
Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
