Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Officer to lead client engagement and business growth initiatives. This role demands a strong blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver software solutions that create real value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Lead client presentations, product demos, and negotiations for enterprise software (School ERP, Accounting ERP, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and implementation teams to align business strategies with client needs.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee and guide junior sales staff to ensure performance consistency and lead generation efficiency.
