Job Description

We’re seeking an extrovert, proactive, confident, and persuasive individual who thrives on building relationships and identifying opportunities. The Business Development Officer will play a critical role in promoting our services, securing partnerships, and driving sustainable waste management practices across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders (corporate, governmental, NGOs/INGOs)
Promote company services and develop tailored waste management solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects
Represent the company in events, meetings, and public forums
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations as needed
Meet business development targets and KPIs
