Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead initiatives that drive student enrollment, build strategic partnerships, and promote the college's programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new markets and partnership opportunities with schools and corporations.
  • Conduct outreach activities including school visits, education fairs, webinars, and community events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on targets, outreach activities, and conversion rates.
  • Support admissions and counseling teams in converting leads to enrolled students.
