Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead initiatives that drive student enrollment, build strategic partnerships, and promote the college's programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
Identify and pursue new markets and partnership opportunities with schools and corporations.
Conduct outreach activities including school visits, education fairs, webinars, and community events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare regular reports on targets, outreach activities, and conversion rates.
Support admissions and counseling teams in converting leads to enrolled students.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or student recruitment (preferably in the education sector).
Strong networking skills and experience in building partnerships.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and persuasive approach.
