Job Description

  • Handle inquiries from enterprise customers and provide appropriate product offerings.
  • Establish customer mapping and devise strategies for sales solicitation and closing sales.
  • Gather market insights and intelligence in assigned area of work.
  • Plan and implement promotional/marketing activities related to enterprise business.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to supervisor.
  • Plan sales activities and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain a cordial professional relationship with the clients.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Create technical solution proposals and generate quotations for offered products and services.
  • Engage in cross-functional roles within the sales department.Ensure a robust payment cycle for customers and promptly clear receivables.
