Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, banks, and insurance partners
Develop marketing strategies and conduct outreach activities
Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth areas
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans to pitch to potential clients and partners
Collaborate with other teams to develop innovative solutions for clients' immigration and education needs
Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends to inform business strategies and approaches
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities
Monitor competition and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with prior experience in Banking and Insurance sectors
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results
Familiarity with immigration and education industry trends and regulations
Willingness to travel for business purposes when required
