Job Specification:

  • Add relevant experience in business development of construction companies, renewable energy projects, and consumer goods is preferred.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and supplier partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations, proposal writing Strong technical aptitude and skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Written communication are required with Knowledge of other languages advantage.
  • Having good negotiation skills and communication skills and being able to solve problems
  • Ability to work extended hours under varying work schedules and frequently meet rigid deadlines

Preferred Educational Qualification: 

  • Education: Bachelor/Master level preferred with marketing major subject
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field

Job Description

  • Generate and evaluate new product ideas and concepts and identify business opportunities and formulate product concepts.
  • Continuously develop recommendations and implement initiatives that improve product P&L.
  • Meet with Our Clients and dealer to know their needs.
  • Consciously build relationships with our clients.
  • Conduct market research, demand identification, Idea gathering,
  • Actualization of product, marketing strategy, etc...
  • Conduct field visits and product research to gather market intelligence, increase product sales, and support revenue growth. This Kathmandu-based position requires frequent travels  for business development.
