Job Description

Level: Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost – benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customer to meet their needs.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Designing training programs and workshops for service providers.
  • Sales forecasting, planning, policy making, strategy formulation and development.
  • Market research and market trend for on – demand service application.
  • Monitoring business growth and service review from customers.
  • Weekly reporting to Manager/ HOD.
  • Problems solving in every state of business model (On – demand application business model).
  • Business planning like provider commission, marketing planning and customer reach.
  • Maintaining good relationships with the clients and make sure the service is delivered in proper manner.
  • Competitor analysis and help other team as well to achieve collective growth.
  • Look after 360 work model from creating a client to their bills (only B2B).
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve targeted service sales.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Handle customer complaints (review through application) and ensure it is resolved timely.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
