Job Description

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients globally, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to win new business deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and identify new product/service offerings
  • Provide post-sales support and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align business development efforts with company objectives
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to report progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry, with an added advantage of having worked in Cloud Sales for at least one year
  • Priority will be given to the one that have experience in cloud technology
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients globally
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
