Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Officer, located in Kathmandu. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and delivering presentations. Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
• Experience in lead generation and conducting market research.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+year experience in Business, Marketing or related field.
