Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Sajilo Sewa. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will be based in Lalitpur District.

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, conducting market analysis, and implementing strategic business development initiatives to expand Sajilo Sewa's market presence in Lalitpur District and beyond.
  • Cultivate and manage high-value client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the entire client lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals, to meet or exceed established revenue targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as marketing, product development, and customer service) to align business development efforts with company goals, improve product offerings, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Represent Sajilo Sewa at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain the company's competitive edge.
