  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the interior design and architecture industry.
  • Identify, target, and secure new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids for potential projects.
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Promote NextGen Interiors and Architects at industry events, trade shows, and through various marketing channels.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
