Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the interior design and architecture industry.
Identify, target, and secure new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids for potential projects.
Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Promote NextGen Interiors and Architects at industry events, trade shows, and through various marketing channels.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the design and architecture industry.
Strong understanding of the interior design and architecture market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
