    Job Description

    • Conduct targeted prospecting initiatives to identify and qualify potential clients.
    • Establish effective communication with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, fostering productive relationships.
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of RealHRsoft solutions and their specific benefits for each client's unique needs.
    • Develop winning quotes, proposals (RFPs) aligned with company policy.
    • Negotiate and secure new client agreements, effectively closing deals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
    • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across diverse horizontal markets.
    • Leverage existing networks and sales expertise to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
    • Utilize the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to meticulously document all sales activities, track progress towards goals, and generate insightful reports.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
