Job Description

Topsun Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, and staying informed about industry developments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking, presentations, and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in energy sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
