Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of RealHRsoft solutions and their specific benefits for each client's unique needs.
Develop winning quotes, proposals (RFPs) aligned with company policy.
Negotiate and secure new client agreements, effectively closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across diverse horizontal markets.
Leverage existing networks and sales expertise to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Utilize the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to meticulously document all sales activities, track progress towards goals, and generate insightful reports.
