Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Officer with exceptional working skills and industry experience to join our team immediately.

The Role

  • Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
  • Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
  • Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
  • Designing and implementing of own sales and marketing strategies in capturing market
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Meeting with potential agents to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Essential Criteria

  • ACCA Affiliate/Member or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience.
  • You are confident in your delivery of workshops, presentations, holding conferences and being in front of the camera!
  • Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
