Job Description

  • Identifying business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with potential clients 
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions that meet their objectives 
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and foresting activities 
  • Primary centric on implementing company’s core values, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships of related accounts and other key stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop, implement and expand business in the related account to continuously generate customer satisfaction to help meet the company’s VISION; in line with the company’s CORE VALUES 
  • Sales operation of the account from lead to cash. Exceed KPI given for accounts 
  • Generate, Implement, Support, and Co-ordinate solutions for clients & lead team to make the solutions acceptable to the customer  
  • Customer issues resolution and coordination till closure 
  • Customer/competitors/market information collections, analysis & reporting
  • Bidding support, contract negotiations, and project participation
