We are hiring a Business Development Officer to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Officer will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging clients to purchase added products or features, help the digital marketing team in content strategy and remaining updated with current innovations in  information technology..

Job Description

  • Identifying, qualifying, securing business opportunities and coordinating business generation activities.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership team to secure, retain, and grow business accounts
  • Creating informative presentations and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and conferences
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
  • Cold calling; making multiple calls to potential clients; help in closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Assist digital marketing team with creative content creation, social media posts, newsletter and email marketing. 
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends  to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
