  • Preparing  and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new and existing clients after understanding their requirement
  • Complete construction bids and monitor and manage bid activity
  • Build a construction proposal template library that can be used by the entire sales department
  • Create development plans and growth projects
  • Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
