Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop Annual Marketing Plan and Budgeting and keep a track of its progress.
Implement online and offline marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Formulate a social media marketing strategy and communicate the same with the social media manager.
Keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to understand their problems and offer solutions accordingly.
Work in tandem with the sales team all over Nepal, and provide necessary assistance and support.
Identify and research new opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Formulate and implement branding and other operational strategies if needed.
Oversee and monitor implementation of ERP Sales module and provide necessary support.
Supervise and provide guidance to customer service department and warehouse in-charge.
Others as delegated by senior management

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Must have two wheeler vehicle and license.
