• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth,
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives and products,
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets,
• Setting revenue growth targets, implementation, and achievement of such targets,
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle,
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients,
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals,
• Training business development staff,
• Attending conferences and industry events,
• Building a sub-agent network through efficient negotiation and establishment of network through contractual agreements, and
• Building of a franchise network by identifying, developing, and maintaining organizational franchisee networks.
• Building affiliation with universities, colleges, and other academic institutions.

The Business Development Officer shall be charged with increasing the business of the organization.

Remuneration package to be decided by gauging the capacity of the individual with the organizational policy, providing additional target-based incentives, as well as ample opportunities for foreign travel and an opportunity to represent forerunners of the industry.
