Business Development Officer

Marketing Officer, is responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. He/she need to ensure the effective promotion of the company and its merchandise and targeting the correct and appropriate audience in their campaigns. He/she need to make key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales. He/she have to work with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• In and Outdoor signage, logo, slogan etc
• Fabrication & branding new store as per the pre-defined theme
• In store communication regarding promo & Pop placement, audit of the same
• Finalizing Scheme, get the design ready for in and outside communication
• Organize communication activations in regular or need basis (D2D, In store booth etc.)
• Finalizing Hot Spot and maintain regularly
• Finalize the catchment area of the store, carry out the survey in several aspect regarding consumer perception and satisfaction
• Identify alliance partner and get into JBP for OI
• Consumer loyalty program, Regular Call, SMS, etc
• Knowledge of Photoshop
• Dealing with the agency whoever handles the entire order and delivery management
• Sending information customer during the process in between order and delivery
• Organize communication activations in regular or need basis (sending mails/ sms to random customers)
• Coordinating with warehouse/ marts & operation to put content and pic of the product in website
