One group of a few Kathmandu based small companies and social organizations is looking for a General cum Marketing Maneger to handle its Social cum ICT and Consumer products based businesses and Social Activities  independently.

Requirements:

• MBA or other Master Degree 
• Experience in similar responsibility for at least 2+  years
• Capable in keeping  companies' accounts in software independently and monitoring accounts of sales outlets
• Capable in handling and updating companies legal and tax aspects
• Should be fluent in English language both in written and spoken and should be capable of independently developing business and social proposals, business plan and plan of action for monthly, quarterly, six monthly and  yearly for the group
• Should be capable in developing business plan templates and capable in dealing with banks and clients for financial access and loan repayments
• Must be well versed in Office Software of Computer in both Nepali and English Languages with fluency in typing
• Should have sound knowledge on online marketing, e-commerce, online media, B2B and B2C and Value Chain in forward as well as in backward linkages
• Should be able to create and deliver presentations  on business and social contents in different computer applications
• Organize and lead the physical and online marketing activities
• Should be team motivator and capable on working in multi-stressful situations
• Flexible in working hours- generally this will be 9:00 AM  to 6:00 PM
• The post is Kathmandu based but may require frequent field visits
• Should have own means of transportation- group will pay for fuel, insurance and renewals.

Age: Below 35 yrs.

Salary and Benefits: 

• It's a grow together position; at initial: salary will range between 50 to 60 thousands and commission will be provided on sales and projects acquired by the group. Other benefits and bonus will be based on growth of the group
• Working days will be  6 days a week, except Saturdays
• Suitable travel fair and per diem will be provided on field visits
