  • University Degree graduate in field of Management (MBA Graduate)

  • Experience to handle international client with good command in English language skills for both oral and written

  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Good command of English and Nepali Language

Job Description

  • Search, identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network
  • Research and build relationships with new clients and determine business requirements and plan solutions with help of a technical team
  • Conceive and develop new business strategy, planning and process to execute the business plan
  • Ensure the implementation and Execution of Business targets agreed
  • To work with the internal team, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue in an organization
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential international clients to enhance company’s portfolio
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new strategies for business enhancement
  • Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing and potential customer to meet their business needs
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company’s standard procedure
