About the job:
You will identify high-quality sellers/merchants and popular items. You will make cold calls and visit stores to convince the sellers to use our platform to reach large number of customers.
You will be the point of contact for your sellers, so you will manage everything – from updating prices and introducing new products to taking complaints and communicating progress.
You can expect to do frequent data analysis to understand best selling products and identify good sellers and hence prioritize your effort accordingly.
You can expect to spend a good portion of time training sellers to effectively use our software as well as other simple tools to make the selling process more effective.
You will also work with the larger teams in Nepal and Asia, communicate what you have learnt and build/change strategies accordingly.
Overall, you can expect a lot of challenges. Ecommerce is very new in Nepal and we are here to take it to the next level. So, we expect you to be aggressive and patient at the same time.
We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills, both in English and Nepali, comfortable with numbers and who have excellent persuasion skills.
You need to be creative, flexible and have a start-up spirit. You enjoy challenges and are hungry to make a difference in Nepalese Ecommerce.
