Candidates typically need the following qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is often required. A master's degree in international business is preferred.

  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and evaluate the potential of new markets is important.
  • Leadership skills: The ability to lead cross-functional teams, identifies & manages all projects, and take initiation to achieve business goals is necessary.
  • Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for international business growth is essential.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess 4 wheeler valid driving license with relevant driving expertise. International Driving license & experience is an advantage. Should have good personality, be presentable, energetic and able to work independently under high pressure.
  • This position should drive office vehicle to conduct frequent office visits to clients & partners, government agencies, stakeholders and others on immediate need basis.
  • Candidate must be eligible, able and available to visit international markets & stay for an extended period as required by the company.

Job Description

The Business Development Officer/Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets which can involve:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential target markets; specially Middle East and Europe Country.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in international markets (e.g. customers, suppliers, partners, and government agencies).
  • Negotiating and closing deals with international customers and partners.
  • Developing and implementing international business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. admin, sales & marketing to support international business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and laws.
  • Representing the company in international events and trade shows.
  • The main goal of the position is to expand the company's presence in international markets and increase its revenue.
