Job Description

Wisee Media is a Content Creation Company where we help US based Business Owners to grow on YouTube and Instagram using organic content and social media marketing. We do this by providing them with content consulting, training their team on how to create better content, or providing a full scale service by being a part of their team. 

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead and scale our client acquisition process. In this role, you will manage a team of appointment setters, develop outbound sales strategies, reach out and follow up to prospects, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality sales calls for our agency.

This is a high-impact role where you will drive revenue growth by refining and optimizing our outbound sales system.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage a Team of Appointment Setters:

  • Hire, train, and manage 2–5 appointment setters (a.k.a. Business Development Officers)
  • Monitor performance and improve outreach scripts & processes.

Develop and Optimize Sales Strategies:

  • Refine cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram and other outreach campaigns.
  • Improve response rates and appointment booking efficiency.

Ensure High-Quality Sales Calls:

  • Work with sales closers to qualify leads effectively.
  • Track and improve call-to-close conversion rates.

 Track KPIs and Performance:

  • Analyze data to improve outreach success rates.
  • Report key performance metrics to leadership.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing appointment setters and outbound sales. (at least 3+ years) 
  • Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, GoHighLevel).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Charismatic and able to send Loom videos to prospects. 
  • Results-driven, able to exceed performance targets. 

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 100,000 NPR/month
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to 50,000 NPR/month based on KPIs
  • Potential for Profit Share: Based on revenue growth 

Location: Fully Remote – Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
