We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business expansion initiatives in the baby care and baby hygiene category. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, an extensive industry network, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective channel management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities within the baby care and baby hygiene segment.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, modern trade accounts, and key retail partners.
Lead channel expansion initiatives to enhance product availability and market penetration.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
Monitor sales performance and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and key accounts to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and promotional plans with business partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Mentor and support the sales team to improve execution, productivity, and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 7 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the baby care and baby hygiene industry, with experience in a middle management or higher-level position.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
Established network within pharmacy and modern trade channels.
Strong understanding of distribution management, retail operations, pharmacy channels, and modern trade.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
Experience managing key accounts and distributor networks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
