Harmony Travel & Tours is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand market presence for both Harmony Travel & Tours and its sister company, Fitmandu Foods. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, commercial understanding, and the capability to identify and develop new business opportunities across the travel, hospitality, and food sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business growth strategies for both companies.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
Achieve sales and revenue targets across both businesses.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare business proposals, travel itineraries, and strategic reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for brand growth and promotions.
Represent the companies at meetings, networking events, and business forums.
Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic improvements.
Explore collaborations, corporate tie-ups, and promotional opportunities.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven personality.
Experience in hospitality, travel, FMCG, food, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.
